Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Because Beard Elixer is a personal-care product, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

To start a return, please contact So Alive Botanicals with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
